Colin Carrigan – Founder of Col Carrigan Homes

From the age of 16 years - Colin’s entire professional life has been focused on the building industry – an industry he has a genuine regard for. Over succeeding years he has steadily advanced from being an Apprentice Carpenter, to Sub-Contracting, registered builder, and highly successful co-owner of The Carrigan Group.

Colin not only brings these professional skills – right from grass root level - to The Carrigan Group, he is a thoroughly liked natural leader, who motivates and guides his team to achieve his high standards of service thereby delivering to them complete job satisfaction, and happy, loyal clients.

Colin is so passionate about The Carrigan Group that he is constantly looking at ways to improve every aspect, on every level, with everyone concerned. His aim is total client and personal satisfaction.

And if Colin is the natural leader of his team………….

Bruce Carrigan is the Group’s respected Pathfinder. As Colin is more hands-on, Bruce is the one who is constantly devising ways of optimizing systems and services to achieve ever higher performance levels for his company and more cost-effective results for The Carrigan Group clients.

Bruce also spent time learning the industry. He started his professional career on building sites on the Sunshine Coast, and steadily advanced through work and studies to being awarded a Diploma of Mechanical Engineering from USEQ. Bruce’s experience of working throughout Australia on mining and infrastructure projects in project management, sales and marketing, manufacturing and engineering, has brought immeasurable benefits to The Carrigan Group.

As Colin directs his team, Bruce coaxes and reasons. Colin leads with his heart, Bruce nurtures the spirit of the business - and together they make an awesome combination. They are highly regarded throughout the industry. Staff are proud to be associated with them. Clients quickly become comfortable with both Colin and Bruce, and in fact, it’s not unusual for lifelong friendships to develop as a natural consequence
